We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Delivery Time: Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates depend on several factors, including your destination address, the shipping method selected, and the time required to process and prepare your order. You can calculate the delivery estimate by adding the processing time to the shipping time based on the selected shipping method.

We proudly offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. The standard shipping option typically takes 10 to 15 business days, while expedited shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 business days. Tax Information:
For most countries, customers are not required to pay import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax). However, certain countries, especially within Europe (such as Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada), may impose duties or VAT according to local regulations.

We are not liable for delays caused by invalid addresses, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

Please note that holidays are not counted as business days and should be factored into shipping time calculations.

Delays may occasionally occur due to detailed inspections, stock shortages, or high-demand periods.

If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

Please reach out to us within 60 days of the shipment date if your package has not arrived. Our support team (support@pooshwear.com) will respond within 24 hours. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
